Pro-Tec’s Building Automation & Controls Department was established over 6 years ago to provide building automation and energy management systems to help meet our customers building needs. Today we work closely with Trane ICS to keep up with the fast paced changes and latest engineering concepts in the construction industry.
Our factory-trained staff is able to engineer, install and service Trane controls

5) Design & Build

For either a single service or a combination of integrated services, Pro-Tec can also perform comprehensive mechanical design/build services. Design/build contracts are best suited for projects that have a quick turnaround time, are complex in nature and both initial and lifetime costs of the systems are significant considerations.

Because the contractor is involved in the design phase of the project, design/build can provide significant cost savings over traditional plan spec contracts. The earlier that cost savings are taken into consideration, the larger the impact.
