Manager Service Department

• Directs and coordinates the total activities of the service department, providing leadership to all personnel and processes of the department.
• Will have at least 2 years experience in HVAC installation environment
• The ability to plan, set and achieve sales goals

Project Manager

• Evaluate installation procedures to meet codes and the most cost effective manner
• Evaluate estimate and determine labor, material, sub. cost codes
• Provide overall management direction for a field project or two or more smaller projects
• Evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawings and specifications
• Representing in owner/general contractors meetings
• Monthly project billings/payment schedules
• Evaluate field personnel
• Customer relations
• Bring job in on time and within budget
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Will work very close with the project engineer

Project Engineer/Designer - HVAC and Plumbing

• Candidates will have at least 5 years experience in HVAC installation environment
• Requires proficiency in design and work preparation of HVAC systems for commercial buildings and lodging facilities
• Must be able to carry a project through the design and permitting process independently or within a team framework
• Will work very close with the project manager
• English in words and writing. We also speak Papiamento, Spanish and Dutch.
  
   

Building Automation & Controls technician - HVAC

• Candidates will have at least 2 years experience in HVAC controls
• Requires proficiency in programming DDC controllers according sequence of operations, setup and configure DDC controllers and data acquisition panels.
• Handy with graphic design software, HTML and some knowledge of IT-networking.
• Field troubleshooting may be one of the very wide exercises found in working with Building Automation & Controls
• Preffered to have experience with Trane controls but it doesn't have to be a fact
• We speak English, Papiamento, Spanish, Dutch, BACnet and LonTalk.
